Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping within the USA for orders above $55. For orders under $55 we charge depending on the weight.

Under 1lb: $3.50

1lb - 2lb: $6.50

2lb - 3lb: $8.50

Over 3lb: $9.50

We charge a flat rate of $12.50 for shipping to Canada and a flat rate of $24.50 for shipping elsewhere. 

Return Policy 

Damage

If your product is damaged in transit or is defective in any way. Call 510-573-3768, or send an e-mail for simple instructions to get a replacement delivered. 

Directions for Returns 

Please email us with your name, the order confirmation number, and the reason for the return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Such RMA number is good for 10 days and must be written on the outside of the returning package. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number All returned products must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging. Please hold on to all packaging, instruction manuals, etc. until you are sure that you are happy with the products you have purchased. 

We reserve the right to replace damaged parts and not the entire product. Please note that return shipping charges are not included in the refund and it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
